You can now also pay using your credit or debit card at the checkout. We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties

We deliver our items worldwide. The costs for a single item are FREE DELIVERY for UK, £9.99 for Ireland, £12.99 for Europe, £15.99 for the USA and Canada and £22.99 for Australia and New Zealand. If more than one item is ordered a discounted rate will apply.

All orders purchased using the UK fast track delivery service will be dispatched within 10 working days of receiving your order.

All orders are sent on a trackable, signed for service using UKMail for deliveries outside the UK and Royal Mail for UK deliveries and cannot under any circumstances be left in a 'safe place'.

Please note that all our customised items are made to order and can take up to 28 days to be dispatched. All non customised items will be delivered within 7 working days. Please allow extra time for orders being delivered to Europe, Australia and New Zealand and USA and Canada. You will be updated by email when your order has been dispatched.

Where crystals, Rhinestones or any other craft supplies are purchased, they will be posted to the UK only and will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class signed for.


By Purchasing from you are commissioning us to purchase, on your behalf, your chosen shoes/trainers  in your selected style, size & colour and we will customise them with your chosen customisations and then deliver them by courier to you.

We use only genuine brands and high quality crystals.  All Shoes will be provided in the original packaging with any original laces in the box.

International Deliveries
International Deliveries to anywhere except the UK may be subject to customs taxes and fees or importation costs or delays due to customs clearing. can not be held responsible for any additional costs issued by any customs taxes or be responsible for any delays caused by customs holding.

For international deliveries we require a valid telephone number for you. This will be passed to the shipping company. The shipping company will contact you when they are going to deliver your parcel. If no one is home on the day of delivery or no one is available on the number supplied then the parcel will be returned to us. The cost of the return is payable by the customer and the customer will be required to then arrange their own collection of the parcel from our offices.

If an item is returned to us due to no one being home or available on the number supplied then Betsy Bling can take no responsibilty for the costs involved in having the parcel returned and resent to the customer.

As all Items on this Website are Custom Made to order, under the distance selling regulations, returns for custom made items can only be accepted for genuine defects at the time of receiving the item of which photographs must be sent by email to within 24 hours of receipt of the parcel.
Any used or soiled items can not be returned as defective.

We will repair any item which becomes damaged due to the item being defective in the first 28 days from receipt of delivery.
